By now you have come to the conclusion that we are big time foodies. We are foodies, not because we just eat. We are foodies because we know what goes in to it. We know the art of food, the philosophy of it, and the culture it carries… That is exactly what the purpose of this blog too… To let you all know that there comes a great responsibility with knowing the word of food. Starting from Julia Child to Dylan Jones, many celebrity chefs and the culinarians have been asserting on the importance of food as an art. It is time we too see assume the same importance for it and start working towards achieving a society that can appreciate the word ‘food’ in a new sense.
